About

I'm a freelance producer and writer working across scripted and unscripted film, television, and digital media, with experience in development, documentary, archival, clearance, late night, and live broadcast.
I grew up in the DC metropolitan area and studied Business Management at Hampton University. After graduation, Al Jazeera's fellowship program brought me to New York, where I was kept on at the network and started working in live news production.
Since then, I've worked across late night, documentary, scripted features, pilots, shorts, live broadcast, and development.
At UCLA's Producers Program, I developed features and series while working across development at Roadside Attractions, Project X Entertainment, Skydance, and Valhalla. I'm especially drawn to animation, genre stories, African American stories, comics, podcasts, and digital-first projects.
I'm available for freelance archival and clearance producing, development work, and creative producing support. That can mean sourcing footage, clearing materials, tracking rights, building a development slate, or talking through a story in progress.
Away from work, you can usually find me underneath a stack of books or hidden in a movie theater somewhere in Brooklyn.
